Artists of Perú is a curated platform presenting carefully selected contemporary artists from Perú.
Perú has a dynamic and evolving contemporary artistic landscape, situated within a much deeper and broader history of visual cultures. Today, artists working across Perú expand this depth through diverse and distinctive practices.
The accompanying texts on the artist pages are intended to provide orientation rather than interpretation, introducing each practice without prescribing how it should be understood. The emphasis remains on the artwork itself and the experience of looking.
Selection is deliberate, with each artist contributing to a broader understanding of contemporary artistic practice in Perú. Inclusion on Artists of Perú is, and will always be, free for artists. There are no membership fees, annual charges or other payments required to be selected or included on the platform.
